Insurance
We require that Tenants provide us with a Certificate of Insurance that meets the following guidelines for all contractors/vendors who enter the building. Please note that it is not unusual to take 3-4 days for vendors to meet our insurance requirements. If you are unsure whether or not your contractor/vendor has a Certificate of Insurance on file, or if they are unable to meet the requirements listed on the next two pages please call the Building Office to discuss the options available to you.
