88 Kearny is a modern steel, 22-story high rise building in the Financial District of San Francisco on the corner of Post and Kearny. The building was erected in 1985, and was originally known as the San Francisco Federal Building. Occupancy is Class A office space and retail on the ground floor. The building is owned by Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America and managed by JLL, Inc.


BUILDING HOURS OF OPERATION
 
88 Kearny is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The building is closed Saturday, Sunday, and the following holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
After-hour and holiday access is available to tenants and employees with their designated building access card. If issues are experienced, please contact Property Management.
