24-HOUR ON-SITE SECURITY
88 Kearny is secured by an automated card access system and 24-hour on-site security personnel for the convenience of our tenants. The security console is located in the lobby on the first floor and may be reached at (415) 439-6758.
POSTAL SERVICE
Incoming mail is delivered to your suite and outgoing mail may be placed in the bins in the first floor freight elevator lobby. The nearest postal office is at 150 Sutter Street, in between Kearny and Montgomery Streets.
A FedEx drop-box and supplies are also available in the first floor freight elevator lobby. Daily pick-ups at 5:00pm.

PARKING
Parking is locate in the basement garage and valeted by our neighbors, The Ritz Carlton Residence. For parking inquiries, please contact the Building Management Office (415)675-7990.
BICYCLE PARKING
88 Kearny Street provides bike racks for commuters and are located in the parking garage. Space for bike parking is limited and is available on a first- come, first- serve basis. Bikes are stored at the discretion of the individual, and Building Staff and Management are not responsible for any damage or theft incurred on the premises.
